New Feature: Direct Connect
Several weeks ago we decided that communication through KnowledgeBid needed to be simplified. Our scheduler and conference call platform worked great when we could get two people on the phone at the same time, but too often calls needed to be rescheduled or one party would forget to dial in. We decided to massively simplify things and remove the scheduler and conference call platform entirely. Now researchers are given a provider’s contact information when they accept an application and providers submit invoices to KnowledgedBid after they’ve had a conversation through KnowledgeBid. The results so far have been great. More people are making valuable connections through KnowledgeBid and fewer calls are being missed.
