New Feature: Custom Compliance Terms
Legal, ethical, and contractual compliance are always on our minds here at KnowledgeBid. Our terms and conditions of participation are quite strict (our general terms and our terms for providers). We have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to misuse. If we are notified of misuse, we immediately ban the infringing party from KnowledgeBid. We find that our clients are equally concerned with compliance and oftentimes have their own internal compliance policies in place. To help these folks be more comfortable with KnowledgeBid, we’ve launched our Custom Compliance Terms feature. Information buyers can now upload their own internal compliance policies onto our system. Once this has been done, consultants applying for that buyer’s listings have to affirm that they have read and understand the KnowledgeBid compliance terms and the buyer’s own terms.
